I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room was overpriced considering its condition—it felt old, poorly maintained, and not cleaned thoroughly. Despite booking a double room, only a single towel was provided, which was inconvenient. I had specifically reserved a non-smoking room, but that request was not honored, leaving me in a suffocating environment. The breakfast was another letdown. The selection was limited, and once items were gone, they were not replenished, which made the meal feel inadequate. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is good and convenient for getting around. The staff were polite and helpful, which was the one redeeming aspect of the stay. However, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it unless improvements are made in cleanliness, service, and amenities

Staff is very helpful, very polite and special thanks to Kumar Anna he provided water with extra towel and he was very helpful as needed And parking Mr. Samiull and one more person they didn't made us to wait for parking they took the car from us and finally our car was parked exactly in front of the hotel Thanks reception team two guys we met both of them welcomed us and see their smiling faces we felt quite comfortable. Staff in the reception. not respond properly. He is thinking that we came for begging to get a hotel room. they should beehive Farrelly. Specially reception staff to be more fare.

The staff were trying to resolve numerous issues; however, the hotel was too problematic, and their efforts were not resolving the issues from the root cause of the problems.

The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. It has a large center table, a dresser, and a big cabinet.

Always my choice hotel I like the location. And staff so friendly. Specially on my check in time there was one person he's name was TILAL so professional I will like to appreciate.
